We return to simplicity- to natural ingredients, daily rituals and time-honored wisdom and holistic care. We are not chasing perfection but cultivating balance. A natural harmony between body, mind and spirit- one family, one meal, one mindful breath at a time.

Our Vision
Wellness Grandma Kiki is committed to nurturing holistic parenting relationships that foster trust and well-being. Our site provides wholesome recipes, natural ingredients, parenting insights, wellness tips, meal planning, simple daily nudges and advice, shared from a grandmother's heart.

The Founder, Grandma Kiki, has been a parent and grandma who has seen and lived in many countries and cities around the world. She understands the working mom role -having been a twenty year Corporate Executive with an MBA. With a psychology degree she enhances the value of her group discussions, and individual counseling that has been part of much of her life experience.​ A simple philosophy that Wellness begins at home for family and children understanding their bodies, mind and spiritual connection. This can grow with the power of knowledge, nudges and parenting best practices experience that her team wants to share lovingly.
